NSE had sought clarification from Autoline Industries under Regulation 33 of SEBI Listing Regulations for the quarter ended 30 June 2025 regarding discrepancies between consolidated financial figures filed in XBRL format and the PDF version. The company clarified that the differences were inadvertent and arose only from rounding off of values, since XBRL filings carry numbers up to two decimal places while the PDF carries rounded figures. Autoline has requested the exchange to allow it to refile the corrected integrated financial XBRL for Q1 FY 2025-26 through the NEAPS portal.
