Autoline Industries has allotted 22 lakh equity shares to its promoters after they converted warrants that were originally issued in November 2023 and allotted in January 2024. Each warrant was converted into one equity share of Rs. 10 face value at a conversion price of Rs. 102.50 per share, which includes a premium of Rs. 92.50 per share. The shares were allotted equally (11 lakh each) to promoters Shivaji Tukaram Akhade and Sudhir Vithal Mungase on June 27, 2025. In total, promoters have invested around Rs. 22.55 crore by exercising these warrants. The company is not receiving fresh cash in this transaction, as the warrant money was already paid earlier when the warrants were issued.
This is a promoter-friendly signal showing their confidence in the company, as they chose to convert warrants into shares rather than letting them lapse. Shareholding dilution is limited to 22 lakh shares, and since these are promoters, their stake in the company increases further.
