Autoline Industries Q3 FY26 standalone revenue rose 34% YoY to Rs 20,899 lakhs. 9M revenue up 15% to Rs 53,320 lakhs. Q3 PAT grew to Rs 488 lakhs from Rs 123 lakhs; 9M PAT at Rs 2,104 lakhs vs Rs 1,159 lakhs, aided by Rs 1,910 lakhs exceptional gain from AIPL stake sale. However, auditor issued a qualified conclusion, saying Rs 596.80 lakhs MAT credit is unlikely to be utilized, overstating assets and earnings.
Strong growth on surface, but auditor qualification on MAT credit raises red flag about overstated assets and earnings quality.
