Available Finance Limited has filed its Q2/H1 FY26 un-audited results (ended September 30, 2025) on both standalone and consolidated basis. On a standalone basis, total income was Rs 15.04 lakhs in Q2 FY26 versus Rs 14.42 lakhs in Q2 FY25, with PAT rising to Rs 7.33 lakhs from Rs 4.62 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, the company's share of profits from associates (Agarwal Coal Corporation Pvt Ltd at 32% and Agarwal Fuel Corporation Pvt Ltd at 43.55%) drove a large jump, with Q2 consolidated PAT at Rs 3,239.74 lakhs (vs Rs 1,604.15 lakhs) and H1 PAT at Rs 7,108.15 lakhs (vs Rs 5,588.30 lakhs). Consolidated total assets stood at Rs 126,278.98 lakhs, of which investments of Rs 125,618.07 lakhs are almost entirely in associates. The limited review was conducted by new auditors SAP Jain & Associates, who replaced the previous auditors Mahendra Badjatya & Co.
The headline profit growth is almost entirely driven by earnings from associate companies, not the company's own financing business, whose standalone revenue is only around Rs 15 lakhs per quarter. Investors should weigh the auditor change carefully and note that core operations remain marginal, with consolidated performance heavily dependent on associate-level results.
