The board, at its meeting on 27 May 2025, approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2025, with the auditor issuing an unmodified opinion. Full-year revenue from operations rose to Rs. 10,851.89 lakhs from Rs. 9,639.80 lakhs (about 12.6% growth), while profit after tax jumped to Rs. 393.91 lakhs from Rs. 125.34 lakhs, more than tripling year-on-year. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.25 per share (2.5% on face value of Rs. 10), subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. It also re-appointed Mr. Vishal Chordia and Mr. Anand Chordia as Managing Directors for five years, and Mr. Bapu Gavhane as Whole-time Director till 30 October 2026, with M/s Satish & Satish appointed as the new secretarial auditor.
Strong profit growth and a clean audit opinion are positive signals for shareholders, though the dividend is modest. Re-appointment of two promoter-family brothers (sons of Chairman Rajkumar Chordia) as Managing Directors for fresh five-year terms confirms continued family control at the top, which may reassure some investors but limits board independence.
