AvenuesAI Limited (formerly Infibeam Avenues Limited) announced three strategic acquisitions at its May 29, 2026 board meeting. The company will acquire a 7% stake in Online PSB Loans Limited, invest up to 2.5% in Ratnaafin Capital Private Limited, and purchase the remaining 9.9% stake in Nueromind Technologies Private Limited to make it a wholly-owned subsidiary. The company also completed a Rs 6,999.9 million rights issue and transferred its Platform Business to subsidiary Rediff.com India Limited via slump sale, now focusing solely on its Payment Business segment.
