Infibeam Avenues has completed the slump sale of its Platform Business Undertaking to its subsidiary Rediff.com India Limited on September 30, 2025, following shareholder approval on September 29, 2025. As a result, Infibeam's shareholding in Rediff has risen to 82.66%. As part of the transaction, Infibeam Projects Management Private Limited (IPMPL) has also been transferred to Rediff, becoming a wholly owned step-down subsidiary.
