AYM Syntex Limited has submitted voting results from the NCLT-convened meeting of Unsecured Creditors held on May 25, 2026. The meeting was convened pursuant to an NCLT Mumbai Bench order dated April 6, 2026, to seek approval for the Scheme of Amalgamation of Mandawewala Enterprises Limited (Transferor Company) with AYM Syntex Limited (Transferee Company). Out of 1,125 unsecured creditors on the cut-off date, 52 creditors attended and voted. All 54 votes representing Rs 52.65 crore (100%) were cast in favour of the scheme. No votes were cast against, and no votes were declared invalid. The scheme is now pending sanction by the Hon'ble NCLT Mumbai Bench.
The unanimous approval by unsecured creditors is a positive step for the amalgamation. The scheme now awaits NCLT sanction to become effective. This amalgamation will combine Mandawewala Enterprises with AYM Syntex, potentially expanding the company's operational scale.
