B&A Packaging India's Board approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2025. FY25 revenue from operations stood at Rs. 13,099.13 lakhs (vs Rs. 12,879.18 lakhs in FY24), a modest 1.7% growth. However, profit after tax fell to Rs. 983.06 lakhs (from Rs. 1,144.85 lakhs), and EPS declined to Rs. 19.82 (from Rs. 23.08). Q4 FY25 PAT dropped sharply to Rs. 133.50 lakhs from Rs. 350.59 lakhs a year earlier. The Board recommended a final dividend of Re. 1 per share (face value Rs. 10), subject to shareholder approval. Independent Director Mr. Dipankar Mukherjee was appointed as Chairman. M/s. Salarpuria & Partners was appointed as new Statutory Auditor and M/s. T. Chatterjee & Associates as Secretarial Auditor, both for a 5-year term from FY26 to FY30, replacing the outgoing auditors upon completion of their existing term. The 39th AGM is scheduled for 23 July 2025.
The topline shows only marginal growth while bottomline declined notably in FY25 and sharply in Q4, which may weigh on investor sentiment. The Rs. 1 dividend continues shareholder returns, and the routine auditor rotation and stable governance changes are neutral for the stock.
