37th AGM proceedings - 6 resolutions including director re-appointments

B.L. Kashyap and Sons held its 37th AGM on 30 Sept 2026 via video conferencing, concluding at 11:55 a.m. Six resolutions were transacted: adoption of audited FY26 standalone and consolidated financial statements, re-appointment of Mr. Vikram Kashyap as Director liable to retire by rotation, Mr. Vinod Kashyap as Whole-time Director designated Chairman, Mr. Vineet Kashyap as Managing Director, Mr. Vikram Kashyap as Joint Managing Director, and ratification of Cost Auditor remuneration for FY ending 31 March 2027. All directors attended except Mr. Vishal S Ohiri. Combined e-voting results to be declared within prescribed timelines.
