Bonanza Portfolio Ltd, the Manager to the Offer, has submitted the Letter of Offer for an open offer to acquire up to 1,32,92,000 equity shares (25.32% of the equity capital) of Baba Arts Ltd from public shareholders. The offer price is Rs. 6.00 per share, payable in cash, and is being made by Skybridge Interactive LLP under SEBI (SAST) Regulations 2011, triggered by a Share Purchase Agreement that will result in change of control and management.
