Bajaj Auto delivered record Q4 FY26 performance with revenues of INR 16,006 crores (32% YoY), EBITDA of INR 3,323 crores (36% YoY) and PAT of INR 2,746 crores (34% YoY). Full year FY26 also set records: revenues INR 58,000+ crores, EBITDA crossed INR 12,000 crores for first time, and PAT reached INR 9,825 crores. Margins remained strong at 20.8% in Q4 and 20.5% for FY26. Key highlights include exports crossing 6 lakh units per quarter with 25% growth, Brazil reaching #5 market position, KTM exports reviving to 17,500 units, Chetak crossing 1 lakh retails in a quarter with 23% market share, and commercial vehicles crossing 5 lakh units. The company announced full profit payout: INR 150/share dividend plus INR 5,633 crore buyback at INR 12,000/share. Rakesh Sharma was elevated to Joint Managing Director from June 1. Near-term outlook expects industry growth to moderate from 20% to 7-9% but commodity inflation of 3.5-4% of revenue is anticipated.
Strong quarter with record profits and margins. Near-term headwinds from commodity inflation and softer domestic demand may pressure margins, though management has taken 40% price offset and expects currency tailwinds to help. The full profit payout signals confidence. Growth expected to continue from 150cc+ segment, EVs, and exports.
