Bajaj Auto reported strong full-year FY2026 results with standalone revenue from operations at ₹58,732 crore, up 17.4% from ₹50,010 crore in FY2025. Profit after tax grew 20.5% to ₹9,825 crore from ₹8,151 crore. Q4 standalone PAT was ₹2,746 crore, up 34% year-on-year. Total vehicle sales increased 10% to 51.18 lakh units. The company declared a dividend of ₹150 per share (1500%). Additionally, the board announced a share buyback of up to 46.94 lakh shares at ₹12,000 per share totaling up to ₹5,633 crore. On a consolidated basis, the company gained controlling interest in BAIHAG (formerly Pierer Bajaj AG) in November 2025, now holding 74.9% stake in KTM AG. The audit report was issued with unmodified (clean) opinion.
The results demonstrate robust growth in both revenue and profitability. The ₹5,633 crore buyback and ₹150 per share dividend signal strong shareholder returns. The KTM acquisition and consolidated results are not directly comparable with prior periods due to the change in holding structure.
