Bajaj Auto Q2 FY26 standalone revenue from operations grew 13.7% to Rs 14,922 cr from Rs 13,127 cr. Standalone PAT rose 23.7% to Rs 2,480 cr from Rs 2,005 cr. Sales volumes rose about 6% to 12.94 lakh units. Consolidated PAT jumped 53% to Rs 2,122 cr, helped by a lower base as the prior year had a Rs 211 cr one-time deferred tax charge. The company booked Rs 634 cr share of loss from associate Pierer Bajaj AG (KTM parent) for H1 FY26. Half-year dividend payout was Rs 5,856 cr.
Strong Q2 with revenue and profit growth on volume gains, but KTM associate losses remain a drag on consolidated earnings.
