Bajaj Mobility AG, a step-down subsidiary of Bajaj Auto, announced that KTM AG secured a EUR 550 million refinancing loan from an international banking consortium. The loan is unsecured, has a 5-year term, and carries interest in the low to mid-single-digit percent range. It replaces the EUR 450 million loan Bajaj Auto International Holdings gave to KTM in May 2025 for restructuring. With this signing, KTM's refinancing process is now complete, though KTM cannot pay dividends during the loan term.
Positive as it completes KTM's debt restructuring, lowering financial risk for Bajaj's step-down subsidiary. Dividend curbs for 5 years limit cash upside.
