Bajaj Consumer Care submitted its unaudited Q1 FY26 results (period ended June 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations rose to ₹25,169.42 lakhs (from ₹24,117.84 lakhs in Q1 FY25, up ~4.4%), while standalone profit after tax grew to ₹3,903.72 lakhs (from ₹3,798.16 lakhs, up ~2.8%). Consolidated revenue came in at ₹26,669.39 lakhs with a consolidated PAT of ₹3,792.73 lakhs. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) limited review report on the results. The company also reminded exchanges of the board-approved buyback of up to 64,34,482 shares at ₹290 per share (up to ₹18,660 lakhs) and the completed acquisition of the remaining 51% in Vishal Personal Care, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.
The results show modest single-digit growth in both revenue and profits with margins broadly stable. The buyback at ₹290 per share and consolidation of Vishal Personal Care are constructive developments for shareholders, though the scheme of arrangement with Vishal will only progress with NCLT after the buyback is completed.
