Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Bajaj Finance board approved raising up to Rs 17,500 Crore through a QIP of up to Rs 11,700 Crore in equity shares (Re 1 face value) and a preferential issue of warrants convertible into equity shares worth up to Rs 5,800 Crore to promoter Bajaj Finserv Limited. Subject to shareholder approval via EGM and regulatory clearances. On warrants, 25 percent consideration is payable upfront and 75 percent on conversion within 18 months.
Large capital raise may dilute existing shareholders; promoter participation via warrants signals confidence in growth plans.
