Bajaj Healthcare reported Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs 16,122 lakhs, up 31% YoY from Rs 12,279 lakhs. Profit before tax jumped 65% YoY to Rs 1,924 lakhs. For 9M FY26, revenue rose 18% to Rs 45,797 lakhs and profit after tax grew 30% to Rs 4,072 lakhs. The board also re-appointed four directors for 3-year terms: Sajankumar Bajaj as Chairman and MD, Anil Jain as MD, Namrata Bajaj and Pakshal Jain as Whole-Time Directors. A postal ballot will seek shareholder approval.
Strong quarterly results show growth momentum. Director re-appointments ensure management continuity but need shareholder nod.
