Bajaj Housing Finance reported strong Q1 FY26 business numbers. Gross disbursements rose about 22% to roughly ₹14,640 crore, up from ₹12,004 crore in Q1 FY25. Assets under management (AUM) grew 24% year-on-year to approximately ₹1,20,400 crore, adding about ₹5,716 crore during the quarter. Loan assets stood at around ₹1,05,940 crore versus ₹85,283 crore a year ago. The figures are provisional and pending statutory auditor review.
The healthy double-digit growth in both disbursements and AUM signals continued business momentum, which is likely to be viewed positively by investors. However, the numbers are unaudited and may see minor revisions when Q1 results are formally announced.
