On the reaction day the stock moved 5.8 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 6.0 pts more than its Heavy Electrical Equipment peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Bajel's associate AnantGrid Projects One (AGPOPL), jointly held by Bajel (26%) and NIIF (74%), received a Letter of Intent from PFC Consulting as successful bidder for the Lakadia Part-A inter-state transmission project. AGPOPL was L1 in e-reverse auction on Aug 6-7. Scope: around 270 Km of 765 KV double-circuit lines from Halvad to Vadodara in Gujarat plus substation work at Halvad, Vadodara and South Olpad. Project will evacuate power from 14 GW of renewable capacity.
Positive. Bajel holds 26% in AGPOPL; project win strengthens EPC order pipeline, though direct financial impact is indirect and order value not disclosed.
