On the reaction day the stock moved 6.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 5.3 pts more than its Heavy Electrical Equipment peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Bajel Projects has won a major EPC order worth over ₹200 crore, including GST, from Tata Power for 400 kV gas-insulated receiving substations and associated civil works at Dharavi and Ghatkopar in Mumbai. The work covers electrical systems, automation, communications and related equipment. Completion is expected within 18 months from the purchase order. It is an ordinary-course domestic order and not a related-party transaction.
The large order strengthens Bajel's order book and may support future revenue, though execution and margin risks remain.
