Bajel Projects signed a 50:50 Joint Venture Agreement with Saudi Arabia-based Al Sharif Contracting to form a new EPC entity in KSA. The JV will focus on High Voltage, EHV, overhead transmission lines, substations, and underground cabling. Each partner will invest up to SAR 1 million (around USD 270,000) in cash. The JVCo will be incorporated within 3-6 months and will be an associate of Bajel. The move aims to tap Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 infrastructure push, combining Al Sharif's regional expertise with Bajel's EHV execution strengths.
International expansion into Saudi Arabia's growing power infrastructure market, though initial investment is small at about USD 270,000 per partner.
