Bank of India's standalone Q2 FY27 total income was Rs 23,999 crore, up 16.4%, and net profit was Rs 3,202 crore, up 25.4% year on year. Half-year profit rose 30.5% to Rs 6,270 crore. Gross bad loans improved to 1.60% from 2.54%, while capital adequacy was 17.78%.
Stronger profit and better loan quality are positive for shareholders and may support the stock, though the quarter remains unaudited.
