Bank of India reported strong FY26 results with standalone net profit of ₹1,052.72 billion, up 14.2% from ₹921.90 billion in FY25. Total income grew 6.5% to ₹8,503.55 billion. Q4 net profit stood at ₹301.58 billion, up 14.9% year-on-year. Asset quality improved significantly with gross NPA reducing to 1.98% from 3.27%, and net NPA falling to 0.56% from 0.82%. Provisions for NPA decreased to ₹339.27 billion from ₹459.27 billion. Capital adequacy remains robust at 18.01% with CET1 ratio of 15.05%. The board recommended dividend of ₹4.65 per share (46.50%) for FY26. The bank received an unmodified audit opinion confirming clean financials.
