Bank of India reported strong full-year results for FY2025-26. Standalone net profit grew 14.2% to ₹1,052,715 lakh from ₹921,902 lakh in the prior year. Total income increased 6.5% to ₹8,503,554 lakh. The bank earned ₹7,516,127 lakh in interest income, up from ₹7,082,630 lakh. EPS improved from ₹20.25 to ₹23.12 per share. Asset quality improved significantly with gross NPAs falling from 3.27% to 1.98% and net NPAs from 0.82% to 0.56%. Provision Coverage Ratio stood at 93.57%. Capital Adequacy Ratio (Basel III) was a robust 18.01% with CET-1 ratio of 15.05%. The Board recommended a dividend of ₹4.65 per share (46.50%) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval. The auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements.
