On the reaction day the stock moved 4.2 pts more than Nifty Midcap 150 and 4.0 pts more than its Public Sector Bank peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
S Singhal and Company certified the bank's security cover data for the quarter ended 30 September 2026. Its 13 privately placed listed non-convertible debt issues are all unsecured, with a total sanctioned amount of Rs 7,930.70 crore, so no security cover applies. The auditor found all issue terms and financial covenants were complied with and reported no breaches.
Positive for bondholders as no covenant breaches were found. This supports repayment confidence, though the direct effect on the bank's share price is likely limited.
