New MD appointed as Jeethendra Singh Goud resigns citing health reasons

Union Quality Plastics board accepted Mr. Jeethendra Singh Goud's resignation as Managing Director from 15 September 2026 due to health reasons. Mr. Javeri Kapisha Udaya Kumar Singh, with a Master's in Business Analytics from University of Texas Dallas, has been appointed Additional Director from 8 September and as Managing Director from 16 September. Mr. Karthik Singh Javvari K will not seek re-appointment. The 42nd AGM is on 30 September 2026.
