BCL Enterprises board reshuffle: ID resigns, MD and auditor re-appointed

BCL Enterprises board approved several changes on Sept 1, 2026. Independent Director Mr. Jeevan Singh Rana resigned due to health issues and family matters, with no material reasons cited. Ms. Priya Binani appointed as new Independent Director. MD Mr. Mahendra Kumar Sharda re-appointed for 5 years till Sept 2031. Statutory Auditor M/s GHR and Co re-appointed for 5 years. M/s U. Shanker and Associates named Internal Auditor. Ms. Rachna Kabthiyal appointed Company Secretary.
