On the reaction day the stock moved 0.5 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.2 pts more than its Breweries & Distilleries peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

BCL Industries has completed acquiring the remaining 25% stake in Svaksha Distillery Limited for Rs 55 crore in cash, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. The deal involved 14,98,632 equity shares. Svaksha has a 350 KLPD installed capacity, with revenue growing nearly 4x from Rs 187 crore in FY23 to Rs 899 crore in FY26. This strengthens BCL's grain-based ENA and ethanol business with full operational integration and synergies.
Positive for shareholders - Svaksha fully consolidated, unlocking full operational synergies and better capital allocation in core distillery business.
