BCPL Railway Infrastructure Ltd has emerged as the single lowest bidder for Eastern Railway's Sealdah Division tender EL-SDAH-CON-TRD-188-2026. The work covers supplying and commissioning 25 kV overhead equipment, an LT transformer, a switching post and modifications for rail line projects.
