BDH Industries Ltd has filed its standalone unaudited financial results for the first quarter of FY26 (ended 30 June 2025) with BSE and also published them in Free Press Journal (English) and Navshakti (Marathi). Total income from operations rose to Rs 1,916.98 lakhs, up about 15% from Rs 1,663.44 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Net profit after tax grew to Rs 182.66 lakhs from Rs 156.85 lakhs YoY, while profit before tax stood at Rs 244.10 lakhs versus Rs 209.60 lakhs. Basic and diluted EPS came in at Rs 3.17 versus Rs 2.72 in Q1 FY25, an increase of around 16.5%. Equity share capital remained unchanged at Rs 575.73 lakhs and other equity was Rs 6,168.35 lakhs as of 31 March 2025.
The results show steady, mid-teen growth in both revenue and profit on a YoY basis, with EPS improving in line, which is a mildly positive signal for shareholders. However, since this is largely a procedural filing of already-published results, the immediate stock price impact is likely limited.
