BDH Industries has issued a notice to shareholders about transferring equity shares to the IEPF Demat Account. Shares where dividend has remained unpaid or unclaimed for seven or more consecutive years are eligible for transfer. The last date to claim dividends for FY 2018-19 is 23rd October 2026. Specific letters were sent to concerned shareholders and notices were published in Free Press Journal and Nav Shakti newspapers. If unclaimed by the deadline, shares will be transferred without further notice. Physical certificates will be cancelled and demat accounts debited.
