On the reaction day the stock moved 3.8 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 2.9 pts less than its Auto Components & Equipments peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Belrise Industries has received no-objection observation letters from both NSE and BSE on July 3, 2026 for its proposed Scheme of Amalgamation. The scheme is for merger by absorption of Badve Autocomps Pvt Ltd and Eximius Infra Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd into Belrise Industries, under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act 2013. Both exchanges gave no adverse observations. The company will now file the scheme with NCLT within 6 months.
Removes key regulatory hurdle for the merger; scheme now moves to NCLT; shareholder and creditor approvals still pending.
