BEML board declared an interim dividend of Rs 2.50 per share (50 percent of face value of Rs 5) for FY26, with record date 13 February 2026. Q3 FY26 standalone revenue grew about 24 percent year on year to Rs 1,083 crore, but the company posted a net loss of Rs 22.7 crore against a Rs 24.8 crore profit a year ago. Nine month FY26 net loss was Rs 31.8 crore versus Rs 294 crore profit last year. Q3 EPS was negative Rs 2.73.
Dividend offers near term support; but revenue growing while profit swings to loss signals pressure on margins and costs.
