Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Berger Paints disclosed postal ballot results for two special resolutions, both passed with over 99.7 percent approval. Resolution 1 appoints Mr Navjeet Singh Sobti as Independent Director for 5 years from 1 September 2026. Resolution 2 appoints Mr Amardeep Jain as Whole-time Director for 5 years from 1 September 2026. Voting covered 84.07 percent of total outstanding shares. Promoters and public institutions voted nearly unanimously in favour of both resolutions.
Both director appointments are now confirmed, strengthening the board. Very high approval shows strong shareholder confidence in governance decisions.
