Bhanderi Infracon 22nd AGM held; related party deals up to Rs 150 Cr cleared

Bhanderi Infracon held its 22nd AGM on 30 Sept 2026 in Ahmedabad. All directors attended and the auditor's report had no qualifications. Members approved FY26 financial statements and re-appointment of Bhumikaben Patel as director. Devendra Khandelwal was appointed independent director for 5 years till Feb 2031. Shareholders also cleared related party transactions of up to Rs 50 crore each with Bhanderi Corporation, MD Sunil Patel, and director Bhumikaben Patel for FY27.
