Bharat Coking Coal published standalone unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2026. Q2 revenue from operations was Rs 4,571.15 crore versus Rs 3,643.54 crore a year earlier, while profit after tax was Rs 123.74 crore versus a Rs 52.99 crore loss. For the half year, revenue rose to Rs 8,294.39 crore from Rs 7,545.33 crore, but profit after tax fell to Rs 55.65 crore from Rs 123.88 crore.
The strong Q2 profit and higher sales may support sentiment, but the fall in half-year profit tempers the positive outlook.
