Bharat Forge's subsidiary Kalyani Powertrain Limited (KPTL) has completed the divestment of its entire 50 percent equity stake in REFU Drive GmbH by transferring it to REFU Elektronik GmbH. Consequently, REFU Drive GmbH has ceased to be a joint venture of KPTL. This is an update to the earlier intimation dated July 23, 2026.
Subsidiary exits a non-core joint venture; cash inflow from sale, minimal impact on core forging business and shareholders.
