Arvaya Healthcare issued a corrigendum to its 13 July 2026 postal ballot. Changes include: correcting B.K. Anilkumar's post-issue shareholding from 4.81% to 4.45%, and adding enhanced lock-in on shares allotted to 14 non-promoter medical professionals for the acquisition of SIGPL (Sushodha Institute of Gastroenterology). Lock-in structure: 40 percent for 3 years, 40 percent for 2 years, 20 percent for 1 year from allotment. Shareholders who already voted can revise their votes by emailing the scrutinizer by 13 August 2026.
