Bikaji Foods has completed acquiring 74% equity (14,800 shares) in Jai Barbareek Dev Snacks Pvt Ltd (JBDSPL) for about Rs 1.48 lakh in cash. JBDSPL, a Chhattisgarh-based FMCG snacks maker with FY25 turnover of Rs 19.81 crore, becomes a subsidiary of Bikaji.
