Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Biocon completed acquisition of 1,15,36,956 equity shares of its material subsidiary Biocon Biologics (BBL) from 127 selling shareholders, making BBL a wholly-owned subsidiary from June 29, 2026. As consideration, Biocon allotted 87,86,362 new equity shares at Rs. 376.41 each on a preferential basis. Share capital rose to Rs. 814.85 crore from Rs. 810.45 crore. Slight dilution for existing Biocon shareholders; full ownership of biologics arm, may support future value unlocking or potential listing.
