Black Box Ltd has completed the acquisition of 100% stake in 2S Inovações Tecnológicas (2S), a Brazilian solutions integrator. The deal was executed through its step-down subsidiary, BLACK BOX DO BRASIL INDÚSTRIA E COMÉRCIO LTDA. All conditions precedent have been fulfilled, and the acquisition closed on May 13, 2026, with an effective date of May 1, 2026. The company had initially announced this acquisition in February 2026. This represents Black Box's expansion into the Brazilian market through a full ownership structure.
Completion of this acquisition strengthens Black Box's global footprint in the solutions integration space and adds 2S's Brazilian operations to its portfolio, which could positively contribute to revenues going forward.
