Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Anupam Rasayan India with PAC Mates Visa Consultancy is making an open offer for 2.77 crore shares (26% of expanded voting capital) of Bliss GVS Pharma at Rs 299 per share, totaling about Rs 829 crore. Triggered by acquisition of 43.11% stake and change of control. IDC recommends the offer price as fair per SEBI rules, but notes the closing market price on July 17 was Rs 482.50 (BSE) and Rs 483.50 (NSE), well above the offer price.
Open offer price Rs 299 is well below market price near Rs 483. Shareholders may prefer to hold or sell in market rather than tender.
