BLS E-Services, through its subsidiary Zero Mass Private Limited, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Customer Service Points (CSPs) of SBI and HDFC Bank from Sub-K Impact Solutions on a slump sale basis for approximately ₹6.5 crores. The deal adds about 1,400 SBI CSP codes and 80 HDFC CSP codes across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Odisha, and Karnataka. The acquired business currently serves roughly 4.75 million customers annually, processes around 16 million transactions, and handles a transaction volume of about ₹8,300 crores per year. The transaction is subject to approvals from the respective banks and other regulatory authorities, plus completion of certain conditions precedent.
This is a small-ticket acquisition (₹6.5 crores) but strategically significant as it adds meaningful scale — 1,480 CSP codes and nearly ₹8,300 crores in annual transaction throughput — strengthening BLSe's rural banking and financial inclusion footprint. Short-term stock impact is likely to be limited given the small deal size relative to the company's operations, but the move enhances long-term growth potential in the business correspondent segment.
