BLS International posted strong consolidated Q1 FY26 results, with total income rising about 44% year-on-year to ₹73,564 lakhs and net profit climbing roughly 50% to ₹18,098 lakhs, lifted by growth in both the Visa & Consular Services and Digital Services segments. Basic EPS for the quarter came in at ₹4.15, up from ₹2.77 in Q1 FY25. On the management front, the Board appointed Mr. Diwakar Aggarwal, founder of the BLS Group and a relative of existing Joint Managing Director Mr. Shikhar Aggarwal, as Chairman-Executive Director for three years starting August 5, 2025. It also cleared the re-appointment of Mr. Nikhil Gupta as Managing Director for another three-year term effective February 1, 2026. The 41st AGM has been scheduled for September 16, 2025, via video conferencing, where shareholders will vote on the new appointments and remuneration. The Stakeholder Relationship Committee was also reconstituted, and the auditors (S S Kothari Mehta & Co. LLP) issued an unmodified review report.
Sharp double-digit growth in revenue and profit is a positive read on business momentum, while the elevation of the founder-promoter to Chairman-Executive Director signals continuity and family-led control at the top. Investors should watch the AGM in September, where shareholder approval is needed for the new appointments and remuneration.
