BLS International Services' step-down subsidiary Atyati Technologies (ATPL) has approved a slump sale of its Joint Liability Group (JLG) financial lending business to TVAM Technologies for about Rs. 59.49 lakhs. JLG had turnover of Rs. 100.56 crores, roughly 26.8 percent of ATPL's FY25-26 revenue. TVAM is a related party of ATPL (common director) but the deal is at arm's length. The transaction, part of broader business restructuring to streamline operations, is expected to close in about 90 days. No change in BLS shareholding.
Subsidiary-level divestment, small at consolidated level; aimed at streamlining ATPL's operations. No impact on BLS shareholding.
