Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd (BSE: 539607) announced its FY26 results, crossing the ₹1,000 crore annual revenue mark for the first time with revenue from operations of ₹1,002 crore, up 26% from ₹796.86 crore in FY25. Profit after tax grew 37% to ₹60.50 crore, while EBITDA nearly doubled to ₹126.13 crore from ₹71.05 crore. For Q4 FY26, revenue rose to ₹277.52 crore and EBITDA jumped to ₹47.82 crore from ₹32.55 crore in Q3 FY26, but profit after tax actually fell to ₹12.11 crore from ₹18.58 crore in the previous quarter. The company also secured orders from Telangana Police for AI-enabled computing infrastructure and its Blura Saga intelligence platform. Management said it is shifting focus in FY27 toward high-margin proprietary AI, cybersecurity and data intelligence platforms.
Strong full-year revenue growth and the milestone crossing are positive signals for shareholders, but the sharp QoQ drop in Q4 PAT despite higher EBITDA may raise questions about margins or one-off costs worth watching closely.
