Blue Dart reported its Q1FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) unaudited standalone and consolidated results, approved at a board meeting on July 29, 2025. Revenue from operations grew about 7.4% year-on-year to ₹1,441.9 crore, up from ₹1,342.7 crore in Q1FY25. However, standalone profit after tax (PAT) declined roughly 8.9% to ₹46.93 crore from ₹51.53 crore, and consolidated PAT fell to ₹48.83 crore from ₹53.42 crore. Standalone EPS dropped to ₹19.78 from ₹21.72. EBITDA margin compressed noticeably as freight/handling and employee costs rose faster than revenue. Statutory auditor Deloitte Haskins & Sells issued an unqualified limited review report. Management highlighted front-loaded investments in new hubs, automation, and digital capabilities, and mentioned the launch of India's largest integrated operating facility at Bijwasan, New Delhi.
Mixed quarter for shareholders: steady top-line growth was offset by shrinking margins and a PAT decline, which may weigh on the stock in the near term. Longer term, the company's capacity expansion and B2B/B2C traction could support growth if costs normalise.
