Blue Dart announced Q3 FY26 results with revenue from operations at Rs 16,162 million. Standalone net profit for the quarter was about Rs 700 million. The company recognised an exceptional item of Rs 44.23 crore (standalone) and Rs 43.90 crore (consolidated) on account of the new Labour Codes notified in November 2025, which raised employee benefit and freight handling costs. Revenue grew about 7 percent year on year. The company operationalised its green ground hub at Pataudi and launched a digital account opening platform for faster SME onboarding.
One-time Labour Code charge of around Rs 44 crore weighed on Q3 profits. Underlying revenue grew about 7 percent with steady Tier 2 and 3 city demand.
