Blue Dart reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of about 16,162 million rupees, up roughly 7% YoY. Net profit was about 700 million rupees, lower than last year's 791 million, pulled down by a one-time exceptional charge of 442 million rupees linked to new Labour Codes. Nine-month revenue grew about 7% to 46 billion rupees and PAT rose about 6%. Pre-exceptional profit before tax improved, supported by stable domestic demand. Auditor Deloitte issued an unqualified review.
Quarter PAT fell as a one-time Labour Code charge dented earnings; underlying operating trends stayed resilient with mid-single-digit revenue growth.
